Buying, quotations and invoices

For licence purchases, school or trust quotations, purchase orders and VAT invoices, email sales@counselnote.uk. Please include your school or organisation name, the licence tier you are interested in, and your invoice address if you would like to pay by invoice.

Technical support

For help installing or using CounselNote, email support@counselnote.uk. Please tell us your operating system (Windows or macOS) and CounselNote version, which you can find in Settings.

Please never send pupil information, session notes or your vault passphrase by email. We cannot access or recover your data, and we will never ask for your passphrase.
